Old Business:

Fimbulvinter:
Angus reports we currently have 47 people pre-registered for the feast (money to be collected at gate; pre-registration guarantees a spot at the feast). As Caieth and Araviere have now announced their intent to step down, Angus will coordinate with Etienne to facilitate holding a Q&A session for potential baron/baroness during the event. Jorg will bring tables, stakes, and water bearing equipment. Angus will do a printed schedule of the day. Angus will check with people to run lists for fighting. Kara, Braith, and others have volunteered to assist Angus.

12th Night:
Gilia reported a profit of $5267.44. 75% will be sent to kingdom. The remainder will be split between Silverhart and Wealdsmere. It was suggested at Baronial meeting that the extra site tokens be sold, $10/token including shipping.

Gold Key:
Tabitha would like to know if we can have Gold Key garb include identifying mark. It was suggested that we have sash or other clothing article with Silverhart populace badge to more easily identify newcomers and keep track of garb owned by the canton.

Iron & Ink:,br /> June 29-July 1. Jorg is talking with Morgaina about instructors for high level classes. Event will be held at Ted's place (see address/coordinates in New Business). Jorg is arranging class layout on inlands and Silverhart websites for public viewing (will also be posted to Wealdsmere site)

Defender of the Hart:
Defender will be August 3-5 at Michael of Lancasterls place. Janusch wants to know how many porta-potties to get for event. Estimated attendance is 80-100 people. Consensus is to have 3 regular and 1 ADA from American Onsite since they are cheaper than Honey Bucket.

Officers

CHATELAINE: Not present.

GOLD KEY: Position open. Ted will check on fabric available for new garb to be produced as Tabitha is only in possession of old garb pieces.

CHRONICLER: Minutes from 12/4/11 meeting were publicized on 12/6/11. LISTS: Position open.

EXCHEQUER: $1401.35 in the bank. Arabella suggests we buy a new (more functional) gate box and deposit endorsement stamp. Motion approved for her to make purchases.

HERALD: Open Position.

A&S: 12th Night went well. Judging forms were returned to all entrants but one winner still needs notification (A&S winners not notified at 12th Night due to closing court being held on Saturday evening). AS50 challenge announced by Tabitha and informational paperwork was distributed to the group. Read more about it.

MASTER OF STABLES: Position open

SENESCHAL: Jorg is staying in position until March canton meeting. He has secured tables at Lowes per the canton's equipment need.

New Business:

BARONY POLLING: Angus & Tabitha live outside borders of Barony but wish to provide input as active members and loyal subjects of the barony. They were advised that direct input can be made to kingdom.

SILVERHART SENESCHAL OFFICE: Hon. Lady Gilia Maddalena Sofia del Fortuna has expressed desire to serve as Seneschal. At this time no other parties have expressed interest in the position.

DISCUSSION ON TED'S PROPERTY: Jorg suggested that we hold a few events at this location (Baronial level) prior to looking to host a potential kingdom event there in 2013 or beyond. The group looked at the property via Google Earth (47*51'17.77"N 117*47'50.99"W, address: 5742 corkscrew canyon, tum tum, wa) to discuss eric layout and camping sites, etc.

Next meeting will be March 4th, 2012.
