12 People in attendance, 6:07 p.m. (at The Donut House in Hayden)

Old Business:

Fimblevinter - Looks to be an $800 profit. Lost and found will be listed online soon.

Defender of the Hart - Contacted Braith about last year's potty rentals. Jorg has mailed in the EIF, but the form has changed. Janusch will finish filling it out and email it to Jord. The event will be at Lancaster's To be in the May Crier, it must be in by March 28.

Officers

CHATELAINE: Slow month. 2 newcomers at Sargent's Trials. Received contact referral from the kingdom chatelaine. Sukei warrant expires in November. He would like to stay and passed around the form for officers' approval signatures.

CHATELAINE: Contacted by two newcomers. One is here (Corinne), the other has three teenage sons and all four are interested in fighting.

GOLD KEY: Five Gates reported

CHRONICLER: Minutes were reported on various lists. Symmonne will add them to the as soon as she can. Five Gates Reported for February.

LISTS: Not present. Baron Styrkar won the lists; Sonny won the (backwards) fighting.

EXCHEQUER: Not present. Approximately $2000 in the bank.

HERALD: Fimbulvinter occurred. Julianna, Richenda and Symmonne ran a heraldry consult table and looked quite busy. This is my last month as Silverhart Persuivant. Five Gates reported for February and March. Eoghan was nominated to be the new herald. Motion and second was made, all in favor, no dissention. All canton herald's possessions were handed over except the tablecloth and baldrics. Those will be handed over next month. Five Gates borrowed 6 books.

A&S: Not present. Competition was held at Fimblevinter as well as gaming and dancing. Having the populace vote exclusively on the winner is not as good as having artisans select the winner unless it is announced ahead of time so that people know what is expected. Next year if we continue the theme there should be three categories: populace choice, funny and real.

MASTER OF STABLES: Not present. Practice continues with archery as well. Armor is being built. War practice was today. One new fighter. We need to post fighter practice time and location on the Silverhart list. The tournement at Fimblevinter went well. The eric stakes wore out and need replacing. Jorg will check the cost on replacing them. He would like the group to have ten. He will report on this at the next meeting.

SENESCHAL: Hastings will be our back up meeting place when the Donut House is closed. Aodhan mentioned we could use the Kootenai Bridge Academy on a Tuesday or Thursday night. The decision was made to stick to Sundays for now. Five Gates has not reported.

New Business:

Lily received the check previously approved for the game boards and the Herald's tabard.

Japanese event - Posted on Kingdom and Inlands Calendar online. Not in the Crier yet. Sukei will sned Jorg the EIF and Jorg will mail it in. The murder mystery will run slower than originally planned unless more volunteers come forward. The event is August 6-8. Sukei's wife will run an culinary competition. Masks are made. The event will be at Lancaster's.

The next meeting will be April 4 at Hastings at 6 p.m.

We have spoken on replacing the champion's tokens. Guy can make the round top chest for $45 for the overall champion. Motion was made to pay Guy $45 for the chest, seconded, all in favor and none opposed. We still need to hear from Ian about the blade. Lily will make the games and the bardic book. (after the meeting Russ volunteered to make the games. Lily gave him all the information.) Jorg is making a pouch for the A&S. Ono is supposed to be making a buckler for the rapier. The canton already has the bracer for the archery.
