12 People in attendance, 6:31 p.m. (at The Donut House in Hayden)

Old Business:

Fimblevinter: Going well. Do we need anything else from the barony? People are bringing extra feast gear. A motion was made for Aelliette to receive $100 for seed money. All in favor, no dissenters. Lily will pass Cler's contact information to Melinda. There are volunteers for setup, activities during the day and clean up. Ono will pass the eric flags to Jorg. There is a gate crew, Jorg is runnign the fighting, A&S is covered, Janusch is running the kitchen, there are games, mask making andf the paperwork is in. Defender of the Hart: Janusch will autocrat, pending a discussion with Jorg. Last year we paid about $450 to rent potties and $200 for the site. hampions will no longer run the events. Instead the officers will. Janusch will talk to Killian or Michael about running rapier.

A&S Day: All went well. We made pouches and banners.

CHATELAINE: Not present. Nothing to report.

GOLD KEY: Nothing to report.

CHRONICLER: Minutes were reported on various lists. Symmonne will add them to the as soon as she can. Five gates reported.

LISTS: Nothing to report

EXCHEQUER: $1259.48 in the bank.

HERALD: Nothing to report. Did not hear from Five Gates.

A&S: Made heraldry baldrics and a tablecloth. Repaired the Silverhart banner and currently making two more. Five Gates reported.

MASTER OF STABLES: Not present. Had two practices in Osborn and three in Coeur d'Alene in the last three weeks. Trained one new fighter from Seattle. Armor building continues. Five gates reported.

SENESCHAL: Not present. Nothing to report.

New Business:

Lily requested $40 that was previosly approved to make the game boards and an additional $10 to make the herald's tabard. A motion was made: all in favor; none opposed.
