Meeting Minutes

13 People in attendance, 6:02 p.m. (at The Donut House in Hayden)

Old Business:

Kimono Workshop - will be in January. Information will be posted online.

Twelfth Night - Next weekend. Hopefully we will hear soon after if we received the bid.

Fimbulvinter - Site setup is at 7AM. Gate opens at 10AM. Fighting is at 11AM. Activities will be all day. Money is needed for the gate box. Also the cash boxes are needed. Aelliette has gate copies. Servers are needed. One more meeting to put out requests for volunteers.

Officers

CHATELAINE: One new contact: a minor. Information was sent including an explanation of the required permission forms. The mask workshop went well. Four masks were made for the upcoming Japanese event.

GOLD KEY: Nothing new to report.

CHRONICLER: Minutes were reported on various lists. Symmonne will add them to the as soon as she can.

LISTS: See Fimbulvinter above.

EXCHEQUER: Not present. $1209.48

HERALD: Still need a deputy by Spring or the office will go vacant. Order of Precedence is up online, but it is still being tested and is not completely correct.

A&S: Melinda will run the competition at Fimbulvinter. More information will be shared next meeting.

MASTER OF STABLES: Not present. No practice lately due to weather. Hopefully practice will start up again next month. Armoring continues.

SENESCHAL: An Event Steward is needed for Defender of the Hart. The Doomsday report will go out tomorrow.

New Business:

Quarterly reports are due February 1.

Next meeting is February 7 at 6 p.m. at the Donut House.

Five Gates will be reporting to their Silverhart counterparts. Officers be sure to include their reports. Don't wait for them if it will make you late reporting. Refer back later if needed.
