Old Business:

A&S Day (January 16) will be at Melinda's at noon. The address is 589 Hart in Sagle, 83860. Her phone number is 760-617-8008. Melinda will email Lily the information to put on the list.

Mask Making Workshop in November was cancelled. It has been moved to December 12. The Kimono Workshop in January will be posted online.

12th Night Bid - we are waiting for the decision which will be made at 12th Night 2010.

Fimblevinter is going as planned. The paperwork is in. Aelliette needs the check for the rental of the hall. Janusch is the feast steward. Jorg will be the Marshall in Charge. Aelliette would like to do a raffle to raise money for the Kingdom Travel Fund. Information will be posted on the website.

Officers

CHATELAINE: November was a sad month. There were no calls, emails, visits or referrals. A dayshade was danated in November. Sukei is looking for a deputy in the next year.

GOLD KEY: The inventory was turned in. Garb is being worked on.

CHRONICLER: Minutes were reported on various lists. Symmonne will add them to the as soon as she can.

LISTS: Nothing to report. Various styles of lists are being considered for Fimbulvinter.

EXCHEQUER: $1659.48. Aodhan is stepping down in May. Arabella is her deputy.

HERALD: Lily would like to step down and is seeking a deputy.

A&S: Melinda's report is in. She passed a paper around for people to report what they are working on.

MASTER OF STABLES: Not present. There was one practice and no others since due to the weather. Armor assembly continues.

SENESCHAL: We need an Event Steward for Defender of the Hart. The Silver Valley group would like to explore forming their own branch. Kingdom would like them to have their officers serve as our deputies for the next year before forming an incipient branch. The name will be Five Gates. They already set up a mailing list as well as have officers in place. They will have their officers contact their Silverhart counterparts and introduce themselves. They need to have a Tier 1 event. We will front them the money and they will keep all the profit.

New Business:
