10 People in attendance, 6:15 p.m. (at The Donut House in Hayden)

Old Business:

12th Night - The bid is in and looks promising. Lily heard back from the kingdom seneschal, events deputy, exchequer as well ans the King and Queen that everyone had received the bid. If we receive the bid, Lily will also look into less expensive alternative motels for those who wish to stay elsewhere.

Winter Ball - This has been cancelled as the site refused to honor their verbal contract and there is no time to find another site. The information was already pulled from the Crier. As soon as Ailliette hears from the Calendar it will be pulled from there. Aelliette offered to autocrat Fimbulvinter instead and simply move her plans to that event. Her offer was accepted.

Defender of the Hart Prize - Jorg contacted Morgaina regarding a prize for the overall defender next year. She will be at Oktoberfest and will show him her pottery there.

Burger Bash - Cancelled; Ono will post this on the lists.

Officers

CHATELAINE: Nothing in September. Financial report was turned in.

GOLD KEY: Nothing to report.

CHRONICLER: Minutes were reported on various lists. Symmonne will add them to the as soon as she can.

LISTS: Nothing official to report. Aelliette ran lists at Baron's Ball. Wealdsmere asked her to run lists at Oktoberfest. She received the lists file from Bevin.

EXCHEQUER: Not Present. She reports she is a loser. She will be at Oktoberfest to sign a check to pay Morgainna for the pottery.

HERALD: I heralded opening court for Wealdsmere's Border War. I assisted in heralding closing court for the same event. I am actively seeking a deputy to take over for me in about six months. Beyond that I have nothing to report.

A&S: Aelliette has fabric to donate. She will bring it next month for Melinda for baldrics. Melinda has done nothing other than research on baldrics. Melinda met Kara at Border War and they will discuss classes.

MASTER OF STABLES: Fighter Practice continues. Continually new fighters showing up. There has been archery at the last three practices. Armor and weapon construction continues. Ono is working on finding an indoor site in which to hold fighter's practice. He is checking the Kroc Center. He would like to include rapier. There is also a possible indoor site in Cougar Gulch near the casino. With winter coming Ono is interested in setting up a regular armory night (if his job allows the time.) Caieth and Araviere still have our eric flags.

SENESCHAL: Officers' reports are due November 1st. Please send a copy to Jorg well before November 1st so it can be added to his report.

New Business:

Aelliette has a water jug. She will continue to hold it as lists officer.

Officers should keep a list of inventory with their officer's books/folder.

Lily had an email from Weezil. He wanted to pass on information regarding Artemesian events. Oct 24 in Sentinal's Keep (Missoula) is Harvest Court. November 14 in Crystal Crags (Kalispel) is their Toys For Tots Tourney & Feast. And January 2 in Crystal Crags is the All Corpse Day Tourney & Feast. Also, he has lots of copper & brass and will donate if this is what is required for award castings.

Melinda will contact Seamus re: casting. Seamus in interested in the metal Aelliette has to give.

Jorg will announce on the lists when he is ready to cast Golden Oaks through lost wax casting.

Next meeting is November 1, 6 PM at the Donut House in Hayden. (Daylight Savings begins 2 a.m.)
