12 People in attendance, 6:08 p.m. (at The Donut House in Hayden)

Old Business:

Twelfth Night - A little paper work left to fill out. Will be mailed on Tuesday. Will also include a letter to the King and Queen offering to meet Them on Sunday after Oktoberfest to tour the Resort.

Silver Heart Winter Ball - Paper work is ready. Crier information was emailed to Jorg and Lily to review. Alliette is open to suggestions. Lily will be the Officer in Charge. A senior marshall is still needed to be responsible for the fighting, inspections and accident reporting (Some possibilities are Aodhan, Caieth, Jorg, or Brandt). Perhaps a Valhalla tournament? It is a new site on the highway so the roads will be plowed in case of snow. Need activities open to children as well as adult. Maybe contact Richenda or Weezil. Alliette and Lily will go to the Baronial meeting to speak of the event. It will be extremely discreetly damp.

Jorg requested approval to spend up to $50 with Morgaina on pottery as a Defender of the Hart prize for the overall Defender. Motion was made, seconded, and all approved.

Officers

CHATELAINE: Slow month. 2 newcomers at Sargent't Trials. Received contact referral from the kingdom chatelaine. Sukei warrant expires in November. He would like to stay and passed around the form for officer's approval signatures.

GOLD KEY: Working on tunics.

CHRONICLER: Minutes from last month are on the web page and were reported online.

LISTS: Position open. Alliette expressed interest. Voted in uninimously. She will contact Symmonne to get her information online.

EXCHEQUER: $1684 minus som stuff still out.

HERALD: Slow month. Finished printing the old Online Tracable Art Project and placed the pages in the book leaving room for the updates. Will bring the books next month so that people can see what this project is. Looking for a deputy as the position is up next spring and Lily would like to pass the position to another if possible. Defender winners were announced at court during Sargent's Trials.

A&S: Olfus thinks a brewing class is a good idea. Jorg's home is a great place to hold the class. It is halfway between Silverhart and Wealdsmere. Melinda will contact Olfus to arrange the class. It could be paid for by the canton or the attendees. Need to set up two classes, one to cook and the second to bottle after the mix has fermented. People would need to supply their own bottles. Waiting for information before the oak leaf casting for the Barony. Won't happen until October or November. Ailliette has extra metals to doante for use in casting and will contact Olfuse or Seamus.

MASTER OF STABLES: Fighter practice continues at the parks. Two new fighters today. Armor construction continues - arms, possibly legs. Baldrics are on hold at this time.

SENESCHAL: There have been changes to Kingdom Law. All greater officers are responsible for their positions at Kingdom events. Minor changes were made to Royal Patrons and precedents. Reporting schedule has changed to February, May, August and November 1. Please check with your regional officer to see if they need your report sooner.

New Business:

Japanese event will be August 6-8. There will be many activities. It is a whole new event.

Burger Bash II will be October 10 at Winton Park. There will be fighting and a potluck. Merchants are allowed. Will hopefully have A&Samp;, Archery. Will contact dance people. Need to advertise.

Border War is September 18-20 at the Boy Scout Camp. It is discreetly damp.
