Old Business:

Fimbulvinter - No bids have been received. Halla said te site for Oktoberfest cost about $150. Should we use 5 Mile Praire Grange. Lily volunteered to run the event. She will submit a budget for Jorg and Aodhan to approve. Last year we had 54 people.

Defender of the Hart - So far there are 2 potential autocrats and 3 potential sites. The decision as to who will run it will be made by February. Bids are due January.

We need to have someone compile a list of potential sites. Lily has already been doing this. If you know of potential sites, please send her the information. The goal is to create a notebook with detailed information and photos. Some sites to check out are Hayburn (left at Plummer), Wolf's Lodge, and Wolf Lodge Bay State Park.

Burger Bash went well. Remaining hamburgers were used.

Officers

SENESCHAL: Quarterly reports are in. The end of the year report is coming up.

CHATELAINE: Present. The demo at the Library in Post Falls went well. We had 7 people show up. Cler and Kathryn did tablet weaving, Arabella did lucet knotting, Jonosh did chain mail, and Lily did gold embroidery. We handed out 11 folders. Many people visited us and expressed interest.

GOLD KEY: Present, nothing to report.

CHRONICLER: Present, nothing to report. Sukei requested a section for photos on the website. Gilia will check with Symmonne about the legalities and permission aspects of having a photo section.

LISTS: Not present.

EXCHEQUER: $1443.52 in the account. Quarterly report is due this week and will be sent in.

HERALD: I have started printing the Traceable Art Project. I heralded court at Oktoberfest. Receipts were turned in for reimbursement for the aforementioned printing.

A&S: The second shoe class did not happen. It will be rescheduled. The information will be posted to the attendees. The nest Sewing Day is November 8th from noon to 5pm. Master Ian's shop has gone dark. If there is interest, Gilia's van holds 8 people. Perhaps we can get a group together once a month to share gas cost to go into Spokane to Olfuse's armory night on a Monday. Contact Gilia if interested.

MASTER OF STABLES: Not present. The weather is changing. Contact Ono to be sure where upcoming fighter's practices will be held. The ABC's are changing, mostly to do with archery. Check the website for updates.

WEALDSMERE: Not present.

New Business:

Sukei is planning two demos for the summer. More info to come.

Thorsten is arranging the Lakes Middle School demo for March. More info to come.

No meeting in December. The next meeting is January 4, 2009 at Hastings, 6 p.m.
