 Order of the Pelican
While anyone may recommend anyone else for any level of award, for members of the Peerage, the regions maintain a council to oversee up-and-coming candidates. It is suggested that you send recommendations for the Order of the Pelican to the Inlands Pelican Secretary for consideration from the local Peers.
