Meeting Minutes
Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2009

 Arms of the College of Lyonsmarche

Location: Idaho Housing and Finance Association; 215 10th Street, Lewiston, ID 83501

Called to order at 7:00 p.m.
In attendance Phelan, Ceinwen, Hallgrim, Tova and Tawny.

Old Business:

An Tir Kingdom A&S will be held March 6-8, 2009 in the Barony of Wastekeep.

New Business:

Honor War - Tova has officially been made Autocrat of the Event. Phelan and Killianflynn will be co-War Stewards. Phelan showed some examples of lampwork-and-tassle site tokens for the event. General consensus from those present was that a variety of token patterns was more desirable, as typically one person in a family tends to wear them. Their Magesties Vik and Inga have Honor War on their progress. There was a discussion on access - we need to work up a large sign for the entrance to C-loop stating it is closed except for the War (Tova and Tawny will work on the wording). We also need to have barriers to keep the public from driving through the middle of the event like they did last year (BIG mention of the truck/boat combos that kept circling). Tova will need a deposit check for the event - $106.50.

Officer Reports

Seneschal: Phelan. Killianflynn and I are working on a draft Customary. Once we have something to comment on I will post it on the Lyonsmarche listserv in the files area for comment.

Exchequer No change from last report.

A&S: Tawny. Please submit A&S reports.

Chatelaine Tova. Working on informational handouts for events.

Herald Tawny. Phelan gave Tawny a copy of his name/device application that was sent in to Kingdom. We should try to get Companion Inguz and/or HL Juliana de Luna to an A&S/fighting practice.

Master of Stables Killianflynn by email message. Is there interest in another A&S/fighting practice at Memorial Gymnasium? There is. Suggestion to make it the last Sunday of the month through the school year, 1pm to 4pm.

Next meeting The next meeting will be at One World Café, 533 S Main St, Moscow, ID 83843 on February 10, 2009 at 7pm. Phelan will reserve the meeting room.
