Meeting Minutes
Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2008

Location:One World Café, Moscow ID

Called to order at 7:15 p.m.
In attendance Phelan, Ceinwen, Morgaina, Edouard, Jeff, Nathan, and Tova (by phone).

Old Business:

Lyonsmarche Fall Feast & Tourney: Cancelled this year due to scheduling issues.

Kingdom Largess Bags: Morgaina reported on the Lyonsmarche email that TRM had chosen another group to do largess bags. We are still invited to contribute to largess. Please mark donated items with your name and branch.

12^th Night will be in Eugene, Oregon.

An Tir Kingdom A&S will be held March 6-8, 2009 in the Barony of Wastekeep. Kingdom is discussing whether they will do a multiple entry or single entry format. Anyone can enter, you don't have to be in the champion competition to enter something and get good feedback from it.

Lyonsmarche Letter of Incorporation - Still in the works.

Lyonsmarche Web Page: Morgaina mentioned some blogspot groups she is associated with and will send out links so we can look at them.

New Business:

Harvest Celebration at Shire of Ambergard October 18.

Octoberfest at Barony of Wealdsmere October 18. Heavy and Rapier Champion tournaments.

As You Like It will be hosted by the Canton of Akornebir November 15 in Waitsburg. There will be A&S Champion and Rapier Champion (this is their premiere rapier event). Details and directions on the An-Tir Calendar Page.

Harvest Protector at Shire of Pendale November 22.

An Tir Administrative Retreat Terra Pomaria has requested that all branches send a branch check for registration fees ($40 each, $80 total for Phelan and Ceinwen). This is so the money is a transfer of funds. If individuals asked for reimbursement for personal funds then it would be a profit/loss that had to be tracked. Gas may also be reimbursed by branches.

Honor War Bids: Hallgrim and Ceinwen will autocrat, Tova will be site contact. Phelan will work up a couple beads for site token examples.

Kingdom A&S Barony of Wastekeep March 7-8, 2009. If you wish to compete for Kingdom Champion must have letter of intent and information to TRM by 12th Night.

Officer Reports

Seneschal: Quarterly reports are due 10/15. Submitted receipt for one book of stamps and file box.

Exchequer: No income or expenses for September. Account balance $3,754.70.

A&S: No report.

Chatelaine: No report.

Chronicler: No Officer. Phelan will be taking notes from the meetings to post to the listserv and provide copies to the inlands chronicler and Grete Boke.

Gold Key: No Officer. We need to get out all the gold key items and inventory them.

Herald: No report.

Lists: No Officer.

Master of Stables: No report.

Next meeting: at Daily Grind Café in Pullman. November 12th (Second Tuesday) at 7 p.m. Phelan will try to reserve a room. Look for more information with the listserv calendar updates.
