Within the Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc., there are many ways in which the King and Queen recognize their subjects, by the granting of awards. Within the Barony of Wealdsmere, the Baron and Baroness have the right and responsibility, and the privilege, of giving recognition to individuals whose contributions to the Society and the Barony have not yet come to the attention of Their Majesties.
