Meeting called to order at 6:45 p.m.

October Meeting Minutes approved.

Seneschal: Quarterly report was turned in on time.

Old Business

MOS Sir Guy conducted a phone poll of all registered members and received approval for Sir Tighearnach to be MOS. No additional letters of intent were received.

• Tourney of the Wolves (HL Rioghnach) Event is on the Kingdom calendar & in Crier as March 28, 2009. Symmonne needs notification about date change, Rioghnach will contact her for updating the website. We have booked the Clayton Grange. Rioghnach has some concerns about the fighting area is snow is still around in late March. Offers were made to shovel if needed. She also mentioned that she is still looking for volunteers. It is a potluck desert, would like to make it a competition with the following categories: Best taste, most period, Illusionary. Arnora had suggestion for the Tourney, will contact Guy and Duke Gunnar regarding it.
  
• Grim Offensive V: (Sir Tighearnach & HL Rioghnach) New date set as June 12-14, 2009. Locust Grove is booked already. Looking for alternative sites (Clayton, Davenport and Arden Fairgrounds, and Fort Wright at SFCC were all suggested). War is on Kingdom calendar and in the Crier with correct dates. It was also suggested to lower the gate fee from last year due to the economy.
