Revisited the information brought up at the Crown Council meeting in Wealdsmere and let those present know the existance of a Crown Principality web site.
Discussed the proposed war between Avacal and the Inlands. Wanted to ensure that all of the groups in the Inlands are involved. Talked about a rotating schedule to ensure that each group had an opportunity to autocrat it.
While discussing the reformation of the Regions, the idea came up of a travelling Demo Team for the Inlands to help support the smaller areas (as well as the bigger ones) with participants.
The Inlands calendar also came up in the discussion. Seneschal meetings at a couple of events per year to set the following years' calendar in an effort to keep Inland's Events from conflicting with each other and to ensure the support of the groups. During this discussion, I asked those present (at the request of Lyonsmarche) to help support Patron's Feast and Honor War.
Cranehaven mentioned they were considering putting in a bid for 12th Night in 2005. It is hoped that all the groups in the Inlands will assist them if they do. Amber (Seneschal of Cranehaven) mentioned that 2 person teams from each group to help coordinate the event.
At this point the meeting wound down in anticipation of the feast.
